We are a 'do it yourself' couple with a few children in tow on every job. From Home Depot runs to wiring electrical outlets, we do it all together. No matter what, I'm going to do it in style and with as many pink tools as I can find.

Time for the next chapter.

For those of you who know us, you know that Todd and I love fixing things up to look like new. Whatever it is, from an old tattered cat condo from Goodwill, (which I bought for $8, repaired for $12 and sold for $150) to a burned down house in the little town of Franklin, MA. Most people know that we lived in a constant remodel back in Arizona. Well, things didn't change much when we moved to Franklin and bought a house that had a fire. At some point, I will have to share some of the stories of what we went through to make this place our Home. From bargains to city officials, it has certainly been an adventure that we will never forget. Even though I spent 3 weeks painstakingly painting Tow-Mater on the wall in my son's room, with the intention that he would be able to enjoy it for years to come, "we" decided to sell the house and move back to Arizona. By "we", I mean Todd. Oh sure we have no job here in MA, but only one of us really saw that as an issue.
So, we finished the house and put it on the market. Within hours, the house sold for full asking price.... OK, I can't argue with that. Now it's time for us to move on to our newest adventure. We are going to take a month and travel back to Arizona. There is a lot to see along the way, so why not?

So, how are we planning on making this trip happen, you ask. Will we be staying in all of the best hotels? Or maybe save some money and risk life and limb in some of the 'not so great' motels? Oh no... If you truly know us, this next chapter will not surprise you at all.

We are buying a 13 year old, 34' Coachman Trailer... which needs a little work. (That's just how we roll)

So, just as the house is finished, it is time to remodel a trailer. Yes, we just may be the first trailer trash family to come in to Franklin. You know, you'll miss us when we're gone!
